  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, shipping is free within the U.S. on all orders. The price you see is the price you pay.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, I ship worldwide. International orders have a flat shipping fee of $25 USD. Delivery times vary by country, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on the way.

    Will I get a tracking number?

    Yes, once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can watch it travel from my studio to your doorstep.

    Who do you ship with?

    Most orders ship via USPS or UPS. I choose the best option based on your location and package size.

    Will I have to pay import fees or VAT?

    If you’re outside the U.S., you may need to pay import duties, VAT, or customs charges depending on your country’s laws. These are your responsibility.

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged. Each piece is packed with care, but if something happens in transit, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    Take a few photos of the damaged item and packaging and email them to me. I’ll make it right, either with a refund or replacement, depending on the piece.

  • Is the work original?

    Yes, all of the work in the store is original.

    What is your process?

    Each piece is made using pen plotters and custom-built machines. These machines hold pens, brushes, or paint markers and apply color one dot, line, or mark at a time. The process is both mechanical and painterly, mixing analog patience with digital precision.

    Are the works signed?

    All works are either signed or stamped

    What materials do you use?

    I use ink, watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media on paper, canvas. The materials vary depending on the piece, and each listing includes full details.

    Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

    I try to photograph everything as accurately as possible, but color can vary slightly depending on your screen. Expect a small difference in tone or brightness.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

    Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, Klarna is available at checkout for eligible purchases. If you’re having trouble using it or need help, reach out.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Orders can’t be canceled once they’ve shipped. If you need to make a change, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll try to catch it.
